Seeking source for death of Seth Houghton Bruce and burial if known.« Back to Previous Page

According to NY state census records, Seth H Bruce born about 1805 Essex Co. NY. He lived in Alexandria for many years, he is included in 1840 through 1860 federal and state census records for Alexandria. His wife, Phebe b about 1808 Vermont, and had several children. I have researched newspapers, wrote to many people who have a tree with him in it, they all have a specific date, 17 Apr 1864, no answers. (Maybe they all just copied.)
