The Board consisted of Noadiah Hubbard (Champion), Cliff French (Rutland), Corlis Hinds (Watertown), John W. Collins (Brownville), Nicholas Salisbury (Adams), Thomas White (Harrison), Lyman Ellis (Ellisburgh), and Asa Brown (Malta). Mr. Hubbard was chosen as President of the Board.
